I have restarted Photoshop many times and I am still getting the same error. After a while, I started getting an error saying that it cannot use the tool. It started to fail when I brushed the object to remove then did nothing when I pressed the check mark to execute the removal. ! However, it worked maybe for an hour in version 24.4.
